Our breakfast room has a truly traditional style with hand-carved wall and ceiling panelling set off against a ceramic tiled floor.
An authentic Austrian ‘Kachel’ oven (a tiled wood burning stove) stands in one corner emanating warmth and cosiness. Our extensive breakfast buffet offers a good choice with cereals, meats, cheese, fruit salad, and eggs to order – just right for the start of your day.
English style afternoon tea and freshly baked cake is also served here.
3 COURSE
Evening Meal
Is served at 19:00 in the Great Room at the formal dining area and comprises three courses with one complimentary glass of house wine per person and coffee to follow. We also have a selection of superior wines available at an additional charge.
Chef’s Night Off: Your chalet board arrangements are for 6 nights leaving you free to eat out for one night, which is usually a Wednesday. We can provide a list of many suitable local restaurants and arrange reservations for you.
Special Dietary Requirements: If any of your party have special dietary requirements not previously advised, we will do our best to accommodate them but we need full information from you before arrival. A supplementary charge may be payable for unusual menus.

- This corner bar contrasts with the relaxed atmosphere of our adjoining Winter Garden Room.
- The bar serves a premium selection of House Champagnes and wines, beer and limited spirits.
- Under the terms of the chalet licence, guests are not permitted to consume alcohol in the chalet which has been purchased from an outside source.
- Open from 16:00 – 23:00.
